1, Milling shape: the use of CNC milling machine machining shape, need to provide milling shape data and the corresponding pipe hole file, these data are provided by the programmer, because the PCB spacing is not very large, generally about 3mm, so the milling cutter diameter is generally 3mm. Firstly, drill pipe holes on the milling machine pad, fix the PCB and the milling machine pad with pins, and then use the milling contour data to mill the contour.

2, Punching shape: the use of punch cutting shape, need to use the mold, and the die on the pipe nail and the printed board corresponding to the pipe hole, generally select a hole with a diameter of about 3.0mm as the pipe hole;

3, Open "V" slot: use "V" slot cutting machine along the "V" slot line of the PCB design to cut the PCB into several parts connected with each other;

4. Drilling contour: drill along the contour line with the drilling machine. Usually "V" groove and drill shape are used as auxiliary means of machining.
