1. What services can you supply ?
We are a manufacturer providing OEM PCB and PCBA producing services for more than 10 years. We can provide one stop services from PCB producing, components purchasing, assembly, quality control, ect.
2. What file we need to prepare if we want to get an quotation from you?
For PCB and FPC quotation, please show us Gerber files and specification.
For PCBA and FPCA quotation, please show us Gerber files, specification and BOM list.
3. Can I receive samples to test your quality ?
Yes,it is reasonable to get sample to test quality at first,but you should pay for samples,and we will return all sample cost in future mass production if the the gross cost of batch order has reached to a certain amount.
4. Do you have any MOQ Limited ?
We haven’t any limited about MOQ .Sample, small production and mass production all can support.
5. How to keep our product information and design file secret ?
Your files are held in complete safety and security.We protect the intellectual property for our customers in the whole process. All documents from customers are never shared with any third parties. We are willing to sign a NDA effect by customers side local law and promising to keep customers data in high confidential level.
6. How long does it take for PCB and PCBA Quote ?
To quote PCB, it might takes just within 2 hours, To quote PCBA, it depends on the components
quantity.if simple, it might takes within 6 hours. If the components are complex and more, 1 or 2 days.
7. Could let me know the delivery time?
Normally, as for sample order, the delivery time is about 5 days. As for small order, the delivery time is about 7 days. As for batch order, the delivery time is about 10 days. But that depends on the real condition when we get your order. If your order is urgently,please contact us directly ,we will priority to deal with it and do our best to give you satisfied delivery time.
8. May I ask how you guarantee the quality of the products?For PCB, we will use Flying Probe Test, E-test etc.
For PCBA, we need you to offer us a method or test fixture for the function test. Every production process will have the special quality control.
9. Could I pay by paypal?
Yes, for sample order or small batch, we suggest you to use Pay-pal and Western Union.For mass production batch, we suggest you to use T/T.
10.With transportation do we use?
For small quantity, we will use express such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT to send the goods.For mass production batch, we will use sea transportation for you.
