Manufacturing Design (DFM) Service
To avoid several engineering problems that may hamper the manufacturing process, which can lead to delays in delivery, we use Design Manufacturing (DFM) services as a means of reviewing the quality of customer engineering documents, such as Gerber files, billing materials, assembly drawings, and circuit diagrams. In addition, it will perform a panel inspection of the board, check the component list to check the accuracy of the component before ordering it, and recommend the use of a solder mask to achieve high output. With the inclusion of DFM services in its board components, Eastwin PCBA is able to offer its customers a price discount.
Test Design (DFT) Service
To facilitate your board testing process and provide advice on where to place test points throughout the board, XD PCBA uses Test Design (DFT) services. This service provides a reference on probe types, fixtures, and test limits. The DFT service will verify that your test requirements, problem detection process, problem resolution instructions and other references are carefully designed.
Pre-production test board
To avoid the danger of reprocessing and additional costs, XD PCBA will initially produce a limited number of boards and send them to you for inspection before making the entire order. After confirming the completion of the production order, we will inspect all manufactured boards and verify the quality of the ball grid array and leadless component components by X-ray inspection equipment. Polychlorinated biphenyls will not be shipped until all areas of concern have been resolved.
