The Inspection Rules Of PCB Component Layout
During the process of logistics software design and PCB design layout, after the layout of the system is complete, the PCB diagram shall be reviewed to see if the layout of the system is reasonable and whether the optimal results can be achieved. It can usually be examined in several ways as below:
1. Whether the layout of the system ensures that the wiring is reasonable or optimal, whether the wiring can be reliably performed, and whether the reliability of the circuit can be guaranteed. In the layout, it is necessary to have an overall understanding and planning of the signal and the power and ground network.
2. Whether the PCB size is consistent with the size of the processing drawing, whether it can meet the requirements of the PCB manufacturing process and whether there are behavior marks. This requires special attention. Many circuit layouts and layouts of PCBs are designed to be very beautiful and reasonable, but the precise positioning of the positioning connectors is neglected. As a result, the designed circuit cannot be connected to other circuits.
3. There is no conflict between the components in two-dimensional and three-dimensional space. Pay attention to the actual size of the device, especially the height of the device. Components that are free from layout in soldering generally cannot exceed 3mm in height.
4. The layout of the components is dense and orderly and arranged neatly. When components are laid out, not only the direction of the signal and the type of the signal, but also the place where attention or protection is needed should be taken into consideration. At the same time, the overall density of the device layout must be taken into account to achieve even density.
5. Can the components that need to be replaced frequently be replaced easily, and is it convenient to insert the card into the device? It should be ensured that the replacement of frequently-changed components and the convenience and reliability of patching.
6. Is it convenient to adjust the adjustable components?
7. Is there a proper distance between the thermal element and the heating element?
8. Whether the radiator or fan is installed in the place where heat dissipation is required, and whether the air flow is smooth. Pay attention to the heat dissipation of components and circuit boards.
9. Is the signal trend smooth and the interconnection is shortest.
10. Does the plug, socket, etc. contradict the mechanical design?
11. Has the line interference been considered?
12. Is there any consideration in the mechanical strength and performance of the circuit board?
13. The circuit board layout is artistic and aesthetic.
