PCB layout knowledge
In design, layout is an important part. The quality of the layout results will directly affect the effect of the wiring, so it can be considered that a reasonable layout is the first step in the success of PCB design.
There are two ways to layout, one is interactive layout and the other is automatic layout. Typically, it is adjusted through an interactive layout based on automatic layout. In the layout, the gate circuit can be re-wired according to the condition of the wiring. When assigned, the two doors are swapped, making it the optimal layout for easy routing. After the layout is completed, the design files and related information can be returned and marked on the schematic, so that the relevant information on the PCB is consistent with the schematic, so that the design synchronization can be created and modified in the future, and simulation can be performed at the same time. Updated information to achieve board level verification of electrical performance and functionality of the circuit.
- Consider the overall beauty
The success of a product, one must focus on the internal quality, and the second is to consider the overall aesthetics, both of which are perfect considering the product to be successful.
On the PCB, the layout of the components must be balanced and orderly, rather than top-heavy or sinking.
- Layout check
