The double-sided flexible circuit board includes a flexible substrate layer, an EMI shielding film disposed on the flexible substrate layer, and an insulating layer adhered on the EMI shielding film; the EMI shielding film is disposed on the EMI shielding film. Above the exposed copper portion, electrical connection between the exposed copper portions is achieved. This simplifies the manufacturing process of flexible circuit boards and saves production costs.
