1. What specification do you need for FPC quotation?
We need your material/board thickness/ finished copper thickness,surface finished and silkscreen/ solder mask/quantity
2. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrival?
We usually ship by DHL,UPS,FedEx and TNT. Usually it takes 3-5 days to arrive.
3. What is the payment?
For new customers, it is 100% prepayment. For old customer, we accept some payment and some before shipping. Our payment terms are T/T, Paypal and Western Union.
4. Are my FPC files safe when I submit them to you for manufacturing?
We respect customer’s copyright and will never manufacture FPC for someone else with your files unless we receive written permission from you, nor we will share these files with any other 3rd parties.
